Cast Iron Floor Plate

Cast Iron Floor Plate, also known as cast iron ground rail, cast iron floor platform, is a large-scale basic structural component widely used in mechanical processing, welding assembly, mold debugging, and large equipment inspection. It is mainly made of high-quality gray cast iron HT250-HT300 through integral casting, with high strength, good wear resistance and excellent stability.

After high-temperature aging treatment and secondary stress relief annealing, the internal stress of the plate is fully eliminated, effectively preventing deformation and warping during long-term use, ensuring long-term dimensional stability and flatness accuracy.
