Core Material&Manufacturing Process
1.Material:Primarily HT200/HT250(standard)gray cast iron(complies with GB/T 9439),with HT300 or ductile iron(QT series)for heavy-duty/ultra-high precision needs;Brinell hardness HB170–240,tensile strength≥200 MPa.
2.Key Processes:Sand casting→high-temperature annealing(600–700°C)to eliminate internal stress→natural aging(2–3 years)or artificial secondary aging→rough machining→finish-machining→hand scraping(for high-precision grades)→anti-rust coating.
3.Structures:Ribbed plate(light-to-medium load)and box-type(heavy load,higher rigidity);surfaces can be plain or with T-slots for clamping fixtures/workpieces.
Precision Grades&Applications(GB/T 22095 Standard)
There are multiple precision grades for cast iron platforms,each tailored to specific application scenarios.The 00 grade is ultra-high precision,suitable for metrology labs,instrument calibration,and aerospace component inspection.The 0 grade is high precision,used in precision manufacturing,automotive engine testing,and as a base for coordinate measuring machines(CMM).The 1 grade is general precision,ideal for routine inspection and machinery assembly lines.The 2/3 grades are commercial and heavy-duty,suitable for heavy workpiece marking,welding platforms,and rough assembly work.
Common Types&Uses
-Inspection Platform:Plain surface,ultra-high flatness,for dimensional/geometric tolerance measurement.
-Assembly Platform(T-slot):With standard T-slots,for fixing and assembling large equipment(e.g.,industrial pumps,gearboxes).
-Welding Platform:Thick structure,heat-resistant,for welding positioning and clamping of steel structures.
-Marking/Layout Platform:Used for marking lines on workpieces for subsequent processing.
Standard Specifications&Maintenance
-Sizes:From small bench-top plates(300×300 mm)to large floor platforms(6000×3000 mm),fully customizable;T-slot sizes follow standard series(12,18,22,28,36 mm,etc.).
-Maintenance:Keep surface clean,avoid impact/scratches;use anti-rust oil during storage;re-calibrate periodically(annually for high-precision grades);place on a rigid,level foundation.
