Crafted from high-strength gray cast iron(HT250,HT300)or ductile iron,the platform boasts a hardness of HB180–250,ensuring exceptional wear resistance and structural stability.It undergoes strict production processes:precision casting,followed by prolonged artificial thermal aging and natural aging treatment,which effectively eliminates internal stresses and prevents deformation even under long-term heavy-load operation.The working surface is finished by precision grinding or manual scraping,achieving high flatness with accuracy grades from 0 to 3,complying with international and national standards.
