
Standard Hole Specifications for 3D Welding Table Surface
1.Core Dimensional Standard of Table Holes
1.1 Main Hole Diameter&Matching Tolerance
The mainstream standard hole diameter for modular 3D welding tabletops isΦ28 mm,which is the universal international interchangeable specification for fixture assembly.The machining tolerance of single hole inner diameter is controlled within±0.02 mm to ensure tight fit of positioning pins,clamping blocks and auxiliary brackets.Small-size lightweight 3D welding tables adoptΦ16 mm standard holes for small workpiece welding scenes.
1.2 Hole Center Spacing Standard
Standard large-size table:Hole center distance adopts 100 mm×100 mm uniform grid layout,the diagonal distance between adjacent hole centers is 100√2 mm,forming orthogonal positioning reference system.
Mini welding worktable:50 mm×50 mm hole spacing for precision small part processing.
The parallelism error between all hole center lines shall not exceed 0.03 mm/m,and verticality error between hole axis and tabletop plane shall be less than 0.02°.
1.3 Hole Depth&Thread Matching Standard
Through holes run through the entire table plate;blind positioning holes have a standard depth of 30 mm.The inner wall of each positioning hole is processed with standard M16 internal thread for screwing fixed clamps,and the thread engagement length is not less than 25 mm to guarantee bearing capacity under welding clamping force.
2.Surface Flatness&Hole Position Accuracy Standard
Tabletop overall flatness tolerance:≤0.05 mm per 1000 mm length,to eliminate assembly gap caused by uneven surface.
Hole position repeat positioning accuracy:±0.03 mm,meeting high-precision fixture assembly and batch welding production requirements.
Hole edge chamfer standard:Each hole upper opening has a 1×45°protective chamfer to avoid scratch on positioning parts and burr accumulation during welding spatter splashing.
3.Material&Anti-deformation Standard for Hole Area
The hole surrounding area is made of low-carbon alloy structural steel with overall quenching and tempering treatment,surface nitriding hardness reaches 55–60 HRC.The wall thickness of the hole is standardized to 8 mm,effectively preventing hole deformation under long-term clamping impact and high-temperature welding thermal radiation.
