In terms of production equipment and technology,we have built a modern production base with large-scale workshops and 10,000㎡constant temperature and humidity processing workshops,equipped with advanced production and testing equipment from Germany,Switzerland and Taiwan,including German Mahr micrometers,Swiss WYLER electronic levels,British Renishaw laser interferometers and Taiwan Nante ultra-large grinding machines.Our core grinding technicians have more than 25 years of industry experience,with micron-level manual grinding capabilities,and through multi-channel precision grinding and polishing processes,the surface roughness of the product is controlled below Ra0.32μm,and the flatness error of Grade 00 products is≤0.002mm/m,fully complying with international standards such as ISO 8512,ASME B89.3 and GB/T 22095.
