The Marble Precision Measuring Table is a high-precision benchmark equipment widely used in industrial metrology and quality control, featuring excellent stability and accuracy that meet the strict requirements of high-end manufacturing industries. It is mainly made of natural black marble (granite), which is carefully processed through cutting, grinding, and precision lapping to ensure superior performance and long-term reliability.
Natural marble is the core advantage of this measuring table. It has an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, which effectively reduces measurement errors caused by temperature fluctuations in the working environment. Meanwhile, it is non-magnetic, acid and alkali resistant, and has no deformation, avoiding interference with precision measuring instruments such as dial gauges, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). The flatness of the marble tabletop can reach micron-level precision, providing a stable and accurate reference plane for dimensional measurement and geometric tolerance evaluation of workpieces.
This measuring table is equipped with adjustable feet for easy level calibration, ensuring the tabletop remains horizontal in different working environments. Standard threaded holes are evenly distributed on the tabletop, facilitating quick clamping and fixing of workpieces of various sizes, improving measurement efficiency. It is widely applied in aerospace, automotive parts manufacturing, precision electronics, mold processing, and laboratory testing, becoming an indispensable tool for quality control in the production process.
In terms of maintenance, the marble tabletop only needs to be wiped with a special cleaning agent to avoid scratches and stains; regular re-inspection of flatness is recommended to maintain measurement accuracy. Complying with international standards such as ISO 8015 and ASME B89.3.1, the Marble Precision Measuring Table ensures the uniformity and credibility of measurement data across different workshops and batches, laying a solid foundation for high-precision quality management.
