General repair methods for granite platforms are as follows:
Sprinkle abrasive sand on the working surface of the marble platform requiring repair.The grit size depends on the degree of wear on the granite platform's working surface.Use larger grit sand for severe wear and smaller grit sand for less severe wear.After sprinkling abrasive sand and spraying on polishing liquid,mix thoroughly with a polishing tool and polish along the designated path.The initial purpose of polishing is to remove oil stains and other contaminants from the marble platform's working surface.After polishing for a period of time,wipe clean and let dry to prepare for measuring flatness error.Then,use an electronic level to check the flatness error of the marble platform using the diagonal method.Based on the calculation results,"remove high and keep low"and polish,gradually reducing the abrasive sand particle size.Repeat this process until the required accuracy is achieved.A repaired marble platform should meet the following requirements:"The working surface has qualified flatness,and the appearance is dense and aesthetically pleasing."
