
A 3D flexible welding table is a modular positioning system composed of several standard and functional parts,which work together to achieve fast clamping,precise positioning and stable welding for various workpieces.Its reasonable structure ensures high rigidity,high accuracy and strong flexibility.
The tabletop panel is the core component of the whole welding table.Usually made of high-strength cast iron or steel plate,it features a uniform array of D16 or D28 positioning holes arranged in a grid pattern.The tabletop undergoes precision machining and aging treatment to maintain high flatness and stability,providing a reliable datum for workpiece positioning.
Supporting legs or brackets form the supporting structure of the welding table.They are designed to bear heavy loads and keep the tabletop stable.Most models are height-adjustable to adapt to different operating habits and production scenarios.Some heavy-duty versions are also equipped with reinforcing beams to improve overall rigidity.
Positioning and clamping accessories are the key to realizing flexible combination.These standard modules include positioning pins,locking bolts,angle blocks,V-type blocks,pressure plates,support arms,extension arms,stoppers and quick clamps.Operators can assemble them freely according to workpiece shape to achieve fast fixing and multi-angle positioning.
Some complete sets of 3D welding tables are also equipped with auxiliary components such as tool cabinets,universal casters,leveling pads and anti-spatter coatings.The tool cabinet is used for storing fixtures;casters make the table easy to move;and leveling pads help maintain table accuracy even on uneven ground.
Together,these components form a complete,reusable and highly flexible welding system.They effectively reduce welding deformation,shorten tooling preparation time,and are widely used in multi-variety,small-batch and complex structural part welding production.
