3D Eight-Angle Platform

The 3D Eight-Angle Platform is a specialized modular flexible welding fixture platform,integrating the comprehensive performance of 3D flexible platforms with the unique octagonal structural design.It is mainly used in robot welding integration systems,cooperating with positioners and tilters to realize efficient and precise welding of multi-faceted workpieces,which has become a key equipment in modern intelligent welding production.

Constructed from high-quality materials such as HT200-HT300 gray cast iron,Q355 steel or mold steel,the platform undergoes annealing aging and precision CNC machining,and some models are treated with nitriding surface technology,which thoroughly eliminates internal stress,enhances scratch resistance and corrosion resistance,and ensures stable performance even in harsh welding environments with splashes and high temperatures.It is available in two series:D16 and D28,with standard grid holes of 16mm or 28mm in diameter on all working surfaces,and common hole spacing of 50mm or 100mm(with a position tolerance of±0.05mm).The tabletop is engraved with 50×50mm or 100×100mm grid lines,facilitating visual inspection of workpieces during operation.

The unique octagonal structure endows the platform with excellent multi-directional spatial expandability—all five working surfaces(tabletop and four sides)can be modularly extended and spliced using accessories such as U-shaped square boxes and support angle irons,meeting the process requirements of special-shaped and multi-faceted workpieces.It has a positioning accuracy of±0.05mm,a flatness error of≤0.15mm/m,and a strong load-bearing capacity,which can effectively suppress welding thermal deformation,ensure the consistency of welding quality,and its working efficiency is more than three times that of ordinary tooling.
