The main body of the platform is integrally cast with HT250 high-strength gray cast iron,which undergoes double annealing and aging treatment to completely eliminate internal stress from casting and processing,ensuring no deformation during long-term high-temperature welding operations.The tabletop and five surrounding working surfaces are evenly distributed with D28/D16 standard grid hole systems,with a hole spacing of 50/100mm,positioning accuracy of±0.05mm,and repeat positioning error≤0.03mm.Equipped with standardized modules such as positioning pins,support blocks,and quick clamps,the tooling can be reorganized in 15–30 minutes,greatly reducing the traditional changeover cycle from several hours to minutes.
