3D Flexible Welding Platform

The 3D Flexible Welding Platform,also known as a modular welding fixture system,is a core piece of equipment in modern welding production,which has completely subverted the traditional mode of"one special fixture for one workpiece".Its main body is made of HT200-300 high-strength gray cast iron,and internal stress is eliminated through annealing and aging treatment.The tabletop and the four side surfaces(total five working surfaces)are evenly distributed with standard precision grid holes(commonly usedφ16 hole spacing 50mm,φ28 hole spacing 100mm systems),which can be matched with standardized modules such as positioning pins,V-blocks and quick compressors to realize three-dimensional positioning and rapid reconstruction in X/Y/Z directions.

This platform has a positioning accuracy of±0.05mm,and the flatness error is controlled within 0.05mm/m(Grade 0 accuracy).The deformation is minimal under a concentrated load of 2 tons,with strong rigidity and shock resistance.It effectively suppresses welding thermal deformation and edge misalignment,increasing the welding qualification rate to more than 90%.The tooling changeover time is reduced from several days traditionally to 15-30 minutes,greatly shortening the production preparation cycle.It is especially suitable for manufacturing scenarios with multiple varieties,small batches and frequent model changes,reducing the design,manufacturing and storage costs of special fixtures by up to 70%.
