The 3D Flexible Welding Table is a cutting-edge precision equipment tailored for modern welding manufacturing,distinguished by its modular flexible design,superior stability and high positioning accuracy.It effectively solves the limitations of traditional welding tables,which require custom fixtures for each product,and is widely applied in automotive manufacturing,aerospace,construction machinery,steel structure processing and other industries,especially suitable for small-batch,multi-variety production and high-precision welding tasks.
The main body of the table is integrally cast with high-strength HT250 gray cast iron,undergoing double annealing and aging treatment to completely eliminate internal stress generated during casting and processing.This special treatment ensures the table maintains excellent stability and no deformation,even under long-term high-temperature welding operations and heavy-load bearing,laying a solid foundation for precise welding positioning.
The tabletop and its five surrounding working surfaces are evenly distributed with standard D28/D16 grid hole systems,with a hole spacing of 50/100mm,achieving a positioning accuracy of±0.05mm and a repeat positioning error of≤0.03mm.Equipped with a full set of standardized accessories—including positioning pins,adjustable support blocks,quick clamps and angle brackets—the table allows flexible 3D adjustment and rapid tooling reorganization,completing fixture switching in 15-30 minutes and greatly shortening the production changeover cycle.
With strong load-bearing and expansion capabilities,a single standard table can stably bear several tons of weight,and multiple tables can be seamlessly spliced into a large work surface using special connectors to meet the welding needs of large structural parts.The tabletop surface is treated with quenching and sandblasting for rust prevention,with a hardness of HB200-240,which is wear-resistant and resistant to welding spatter,and combined with special anti-spatter fluid,its service life is significantly extended.
