The D16 Welding Table is a versatile and cost-effective modular welding fixture platform,taking the standard D16 hole system as its core design,which is widely used in precision welding,small and medium-sized workpiece assembly and inspection in modern manufacturing industry.It is designed to solve the problems of high cost,long preparation time and poor versatility of traditional special fixtures,providing enterprises with a flexible and efficient welding solution.
The main body of the D16 Welding Table is made of high-quality HT200-250 gray cast iron,which is processed by annealing and aging treatment to thoroughly eliminate internal stress,ensuring excellent rigidity and stability,and avoiding deformation during long-term use and high-temperature welding.The tabletop and four side surfaces(five working surfaces in total)are precision machined,and evenly distributed with standard 16mm diameter grid holes,with a common hole spacing of 50mm.This standard hole system is fully compatible with all D16 series standardized accessories,including positioning pins,quick compressors,V-blocks,support blocks and connecting plates,realizing rapid assembly and flexible positioning.
With excellent precision performance,the D16 Welding Table has a positioning accuracy of±0.05mm and a flatness error of≤0.05mm/m,which can effectively suppress welding thermal deformation and edge misalignment,ensuring the consistency and qualification rate of welding products.The load-bearing capacity of the table ranges from 2 tons to 5 tons,which is suitable for welding small and medium-sized workpieces such as auto parts,hardware accessories,precision machinery parts and small steel structures.
The modular and flexible design of the D16 Welding Table allows quick reconfiguration of tooling according to different workpiece sizes and shapes,and the tooling changeover can be completed in 10-20 minutes,greatly shortening the production preparation cycle and reducing the design,manufacturing and storage costs of special fixtures by more than 60%.It can be seamlessly spliced with multiple tables to expand the working area,and can also be integrated with small welding robots and positioners to improve production automation.The surface is treated with anti-weld spatter and anti-rust coating,which is easy to clean and has a long service life.It is an ideal equipment for small and medium-sized enterprises,processing workshops and R&D centers to improve welding efficiency and reduce production costs.
