The D28 Welding Table is a high-performance modular welding fixture platform,specially designed for heavy-duty welding,precision assembly and inspection tasks in modern manufacturing.Taking the standardized D28 hole system as its core feature,it breaks the limitations of traditional special fixtures and becomes an essential equipment for improving welding efficiency,ensuring welding quality and reducing production costs in various industries.
Constructed from high-strength materials such as HT300 cast iron or Q355 steel,the D28 Welding Table undergoes precision CNC machining and nitriding surface treatment,which effectively eliminates internal stress,enhances scratch resistance and corrosion resistance,and ensures long-term stability and reliability even in harsh welding environments with splashes and high temperatures.The tabletop and its four side surfaces(total five working surfaces)are evenly distributed with standard 28mm diameter grid holes,usually with a hole spacing of 50mm or 100mm,which is fully compatible with all standard D28 tooling components such as positioning pins,V-blocks,quick compressors and support blocks.
